EN: These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all contracts concluded via MotionLove.net and its apps between the Operator, Walter Nasse trading as Push-Corporation, Hauffstraße 3, 74193 Schwaigern, Germany ("Operator"), and male end-users ("User"). The object of the contract is a closed, video-identity-verified premium dating infrastructure: profile creation, video/photo uploads, matching search and a closed chat. Successful real-world matchmaking is not guaranteed or owed.

TH: ข้อ 1 ขอบเขตและวัตถุประสงค์ของสัญญา ใช้บังคับกับสัญญาทั้งหมดที่ทำผ่าน MotionLove.net ระหว่างผู้ให้บริการ (Walter Nasse, Push-Corporation) และผู้ใช้เพศชาย เป็นเพียงการให้สิทธิ์เข้าใช้งานระบบทางเทคนิคเท่านั้น ไม่รับประกันความสำเร็จในการจับคู่หรือพบเจอคู่ครองในชีวิตจริง

EN: Registration is only permitted to natural persons with full legal capacity, at least 18 years old. Every User must record and upload four (4) verification videos. Video 1 (3–5 sec, Greeting): "Hello, my name is [Name], I am from [Country], and my profession is [Profession]." Videos 2–4 cover lifestyle categories. A profile unlocks only after human/AI review and approval of all 4 videos; the Operator may reject verifications without reason.

EN: The Operator deploys professional Entertainment Ambassadors (m/f/d) as part of the platform's core services to ensure activity and quality entertainment. These profiles are real, verified people employed for professional entertainment/content. The User expressly consents that conversations with these profiles serve virtual flirting and entertainment; a real-world meeting with them is not part of the contract.

EN: Registration and viewing the primary greeting video are free. Advanced lifestyle videos and active chat require a paid premium membership: Basic Premium (monthly), VIP Premium (extended visibility), and In-App Credits (pay-per-message). Prices include statutory VAT; billing runs through integrated payment providers.

EN: Subscription term depends on the booked tariff and renews automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends. Extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected, e.g. violations of § 6 or payment fraud/chargebacks.

EN: Users must not distribute illegal, pornographic, racist, insulting or harassing content. Sharing personal contact info in early chats may be auto-filtered for fraud prevention. Violations lead to immediate temporary or permanent suspension; fees already paid are not refunded for justified suspensions.

EN: The Operator is liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health from intentional or negligent breach. For other damages, liability applies only for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence of cardinal obligations, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage.

EN: Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital-service contracts. This right expires prematurely for digital content (e.g. in-app credits) once the User actively starts execution (e.g. opening/consuming credits in chat) and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal.

EN: German law applies, excluding the CISG. If the User is a merchant or has no general jurisdiction in Germany, Heilbronn, Germany is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid.

EN: These terms govern the Referral Program (Member-get-Member) on MotionLove.net. Generating, activating or using a Referral Code/Link constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

EN: Participation is limited to verified female users, of full legal capacity, at least 18. Self-referral and automated profile generation (bots, click farms) are strictly prohibited. Fraud attempts lead to immediate exclusion, account suspension and forfeiture of all points.

EN: Referral links/codes may only be shared privately: personal real-life contacts, private messages (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) or personal, non-commercial social bios. Mass cold-messaging, spam, public forum posting or paid ads using the code are strictly prohibited and lead to account deletion and point forfeiture.

EN: Commission is triggered only after the referred user completes registration and all 4 videos are approved. Points credited: Video 1 (greeting) 30 pts, Videos 2–4, 50 pts each (total 180 pts per verified profile) in the EU/DACH zone; reduced tiers apply for other regions based on purchasing power. Redemption requires a minimum of 1,000 points, shown in the in-app Reward Shop.

EN: Points first show as "pending" and become "confirmed" only if the referred user shows organic activity within 14 days: at least 20 outgoing chat messages or 10 mutual matches. Inactive/ghost profiles do not trigger point release.

EN: From 1,000 points, a participant may request a reward via the In-App Shop. Cash-equivalent rewards are settled monthly after manual review via PayPal or Wise. The Operator may freeze balances on reasonable suspicion of fraud.

EN: The Operator may modify, pause or terminate the Referral Program and point rates at any time without prior notice, for the future, to address market changes, technical abuse or financial risk.
